Brentwood

The Brentwood

The Brentwood (487 Prentis St.) offers 38 newly renovated one-bedroom apartments. Located in the heart of Midtown, you’ll be within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and cultural attractions the neighborhood has to offer. The building is pet friendly, and it’s a short walk from the Midtown Dog Park!

City Place

City Place Detroit

Recently acquired by a new owner, Lafayette Park’s Skyview Towers is now City Place Detroit. The property is undergoing a complete transformation, and is now accepting leases from new tenants. Common spaces are being cleaned and updated and a new fitness center, secured parking lot, storage units and laundry facilities are being added. These apartments have been renovated with new kitchens and appliances, bathroom upgrades, and built-in closet organizers. This prime location gives tenants great access to downtown, Lafayette Park and Eastern Market.

3909 Woodward

The David Whitney Building

The David Whitney Building (1 Park Ave.) is currently under renovation, and it’s sure to be one of downtown’s premier addresses. Located in Grand Circus Park, this property is right next door to downtown’s top entertainment venues: The Fox Theatre and Comerica Park. Residents will share the beautifully restored and historic David Whitney Building with a new hotel and hip restaurants. The units are expected to be completed by the year’s end, but they’re leasing now.

3909 Woodward

The one and two bedroom apartments at 3909 Woodward (3909 Woodward Ave.) offer high-end kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, designer bathrooms, washer and dryer units and big windows and balconies. By living here, you’ll have easy access to both Midtown and downtown. And, as an added bonus, you’re right across the street from Whole Foods for easy grocery shopping.

  1. I want to know why you never have prices included in your advertisements on your website. You are not the only advertisers that exclude the pricing your apartment living advertisement. The price is the most important thing to your customers. I thought you would be aware of this as marketers. No one wants to start an application process without the prices. It’s like putting the cart before the horse. Do you like surprising your prospectors with the price? We would like to see the price of each type of unit “up front and on your web page.”

    Thank you.

    1. Hi Andrea, We understand that price is important, but prices can vary at any time from apartment building to apartment building based on square footage, rooms, amenities and more. This is not an advertisement from any of the mentioned locations, but a roundup of possible living areas that might be of interest to research when apartment hunting. When contacting each apartment complex, their staff would be happy to discuss options that are available. Good luck in your apartment search.
