Back by popular demand, Shed 5 Flea returns to Eastern Market Detroit every second Sunday of June, July and August, featuring over 75 handmakers, shopkeepers and vintage purveyors selling vintage home decor, furniture, garden art, apparel, specialty foods and much more!
Following a successful inaugural year in 2016, Shed 5 Flea became a fast favorite among antique and vintage collectors, congregating the best variety of vintage picking and handmade shopping in southeast Michigan.
Last year, the event welcomed 15,000 patrons cumulatively with promises of 2017 to be bigger and better, featuring new vendors, “good junk” and even more good food.
The event is made possible by a partnership between Mercantile Events, a company that specializes in event planning, management, branding and marketing, and Eastern Market, bringing well-known designers and vendors to the city of Detroit.
“Simply put – it’s all the things you love in one place and that place is none other than Detroit Eastern Market’s Shed 5. As if you needed another reason to love Eastern Market, your admiration just grew ten-fold. Bring a big truck,” said Stephanie Jones, Shed 5 Flea Founder and Mercantile Events & Marketing President.
Here are the dates and times:
Sunday, June 11 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 9 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
